Every time I need anything done to my car the service team, especially Amber, she is always there when I have an issue. The team takes care of my car, gets the job done right and quickly. I am very happy with the dealership, and when it is time for a new car, I am not going anywhere else.

Amber, the service rep, reviewed the multi-inspection items that were found for suggested repair. I was at service for an oil change which was completed in good time.

called 6/30 to make an appointment for my vehicle informing me the oil was low. (No oil on the ground & not due for a change). I immediately informed her I would need a shuttle service being this dealer does not do diagnostic testing on Saturday (the preferred day as I work & am a single mom so no 2nd car). Informed me that there is limited availability for the shuttle service and loaner cars are only for if the vehicle stays overnight. I offered this option to have the loaner as I need to drop off/pick up my child and I need to either work from home or the office. This was not an option as I was told only if THEY want to keep it overnight and they wouldn’t know until after diagnosing. She said she would discuss with someone else and call me back. She called me back the next day with a day and time(s) for me to drop off the vehicle and for the shuttle to drop off/pick me up later on. Confirmed the appointment the day prior. I drive 25 minutes to the dealer for my appointment time and when I arrived they confirmed again what I was in for and my need for a shuttle. The gentleman has me wait while he gets the shuttle driver then comes over to tell me that the shuttle driver is in Rochester, he will find someone else to drive me home and I will need to find a ride back. I said, well I have rearranged my work day to get here this is my lunch and I was MORE than specific saying I needed a ride both ways due to others working/out of town so no I don’t have a ride back as this is the day I scheduled 2 weeks ago. He repeats again I need to find a ride. I was VERY confused on how I made an appointment 2 weeks prior and now the service is not available. Whoever the shuttle driver is I’m sure has some type of schedule and 2 weeks ago I should have been on it. So I offer to reschedule, he goes to find a new day and time and I find a friend who on a whim can at least pick up my child so there is not a time constraint on someone picking me up later as they have no idea when my car will be completed. He finds someone in the shop that can pick me up later, time TBD. He proceeds to then tell me next time I’m scheduling that I should specify I need a ride both ways. Which I did. MULTIPLE times. And it was the reason this appointment was 2 weeks out from when I called!
