Communication about my vehicle while in service was great. Video of vehicle look over was highly appreciated. It was completed in a timely matter despite needing to order a bulb and painting a door. Will recommend and continue to use this VW Dealership.

Went to pick up my vehicle after 2 weeks of not having it only for them to have replaced the turbo that didn’t fix my problem. Went to go pick it up and they didn’t put gas in it like they said they would and when the technician came back after 15 minutes at the gas station because he was shopping for food and drinks on my time, he put my car on the opposite side of the parking lot where I had been waiting in the hot sun with my two sleeping children and their car seats, and he knew where I was and still chose to not bring the vehicle back to my location at the dealership. Also their gloves were littered throughout my vehicle at pickup!
