I came in because the EPC / check engine light came on in my car. I was told the part had to be ordered and they would call me when it came in. I had to call 3 times to get updates myself, as I was told I would receive a call and never did. And then today the EPC / check engine light came back on, AGAIN. I have never had a problem with this car until I had VW change my spark plugs. Ever since the spark plugs were changed I have had constant problems. With the holidays coming up I don’t have time to keep bringing my car back repeatedly and wait on people.

Primary purpose of the visit could t be accomplished. Was not advised to keep a low fuel level to complete the recall. ai go well out of my way to come to Basil . Disappointing..

Great communication. Super friendly with my dog who I had with me. Had a snag with the inspection machine and handled it great. I always recommend my friends to Basil VW, not only because of the sales people but because the service department is great as well.
