On 12/20 I brought my vehicle in for inspection. I was able to view the video and learn about anything that needed to be serviced and see why. Amber was very helpful in going over this information with me. Also, I had the appt on my Caleb's but apparently one did not show in the system. I'm so glad Amber told me to bring it in and they would fit me in!

1 -appointment made pleasantly 2- received confirmation call and amount of time to expect for repair 3 - all employees have been friendly and courteous 4 service was performed as promised Every experience I have had at this dealership since my first visit has been above expectations. I have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends. In fact, I went to Basil because my son recommended them as he was equally impressed.
