I thought I had made an oil change appointment but I didn't. Amber didn't hesitate and said they could take my car to get an oil change. It was much appreciated because I drive over 40 minutes to get there.

As always great customer service. The maniche representative made sure i understood what my car needed but did not push..understanding my health an financiall circumstances. He did not push but made sure i know what was needed to keep me safe driving my arteon. An yes.....im upset vw discontinued the arteon. But money talks. But the representative are great.

I’m not sure why I had to pay a 50 dollar copay on a manufacturing defect that forced me to drive into the dealership to get fixed. It seems like it should have been free especially seeing it’s been happening to a lot of people.
