My car has been in the shop for more than FIVE MONTHS. The dealership blames VW. VW blames the dealership. At the end of the day, I’m making car payments on a car that I can’t drive while also having to rent a car. I’m telling everyone I know about what a ridiculous ownership experience VW offers. I guess I have to sit home and wait for the NEXT class action lawsuit against VW. It seems like litigation is the only way to get anywhere with this crooked corporation.

My service consultant Amber was super helpful, and very courteous. She was very easy to work with and had my best interests in mind when helping me figure out what was needed for my Tiguan. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly, and willing to talk to you, and it just feels great to be there.
