    The dealer did everything thing right. The problem was VW Corp. they didn't have the part it was back on back order Took 3 weeks and when it arrived it was broken and had to reorder. The par was installed but had to be taken to another VW dealer to be programmed This took a few days to be accomplished. Basel dealer did give me a loaner vehicle at no charge. I did not like not having my vehicle for such a long time. The VW Corp. was the problem. The Dealership was great.

    I like going to the dealership for key repairs but the general cost is slightly higher than a local shop but the diagnostic cost makes the final bill 20-25% more than going to a local shop. It makes it very difficult to justify the choice.

    I also get great service, I didn't have an appointment and was only there for about 2.5 hours. I drive 30 mins to this location because the service is normally good.

The way you provided recommendations without any pressure felt refreshing and respectful, and the offer of a free car wash that doesn’t expire was a considerate gesture, especially given my tight schedule that day. Having dealt with competitors who seemed indifferent to customer-focused service for years, this was a welcomed change. You’ve earned my trust and my business moving forward.
